Zhuzhou Torch Auto Lamp CO., Ltd is one of subsidiary company of Torch Automotive Group,which was established in Feb.1998. Now it has 250 staffes , which more than 80 people have college education, 30 people with intermediate professional title and 3 people with the title of senior engineer. The company has development & research, marketing, quality, manufacturing, administration, financing and purchasing Dept.. It covers an area of 40,000 sq. meters and 15000 sq. meters of construction area,and the capability of 50 million units.

　　The company is a High-tech Enterprise with research, develops, manufacture, sale functions. There are auto lamps, rear-view mirrors and vehicle harnesses etc.,

three series products and more than 600 styles. The lighting products include headlamps, HID lamps, LED lamps, Signal lamp and interior lamps. The rear mirrors include inner & outside rear-view mirror, vanity mirror, and rear view mirrors for express train. The harnesses are used for semi-trailer and heavy-truck.

　　 The main products are used for heavy truck and bus and have been exporting to Europe and North American marketing since the company set up in 1998.

　　The company is trying to develop domestic marketing while enforcing the overseas marketing. The main domestic OEM customers include Hunan Changfen Moto Co., LTD, China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd, Shanxi heavy truck manufacturing Co. DongFeng Cross-country vehicle Co., JiangLing LuFeng, Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co.,Ltd, PuYuan engineering vehicle, BeiQi Foton, Zhonglianzhongke, HangZhou forklift factory, etc. The company focuses on the satisfaction of customers, continuously improve it, control process strictly and pursue zero defect.

　　Under the direction of foreign expert, the products are made according to SAE requirements. Each function of lamps and mirrors achieve or exceed Chinese standards. The products for domestic marketing all pass China Compulsory Certification (3C). Auto lamps have passed function tests of seven (Vibration, water, dust, corrosion, distortion, photometry and color) of American Transportation Department and passed DOT certification. The company achieved QS-9000 quality system certification in 1999, and passed TS-16949 Management system certification in 2006.

　　The company is equipped with complete machines of production and testing. Main production equipments include horizontal injection machines, vertical, multi-station injection machines, ultrasonic welding machine, friction welding machine made by Bruson USA, lamps assembly lines, rear mirrors assembly lines and a powder coating line, testing, reflector tester, colour analysis tester, temperature tester (-40), ageing tester, salt spray tester, water spray tester and vibration tester, etc.

　　The company use software PRO/E, UG, CAD AND 3DMAX to develop new product, has set up the management of electronic information, and use ERP-K3 system to operate the business.
